- No tours at any time, unless approved by the College’s Senior Management Team
- No external events hosted in the building unless approved by the College’s Senior Management Team. Curriculum related activities and examinations will continue to be hosted in the building during this time.
- Catering on the concourses on Levels -1, 3 and 4 will be minimised as much as possible.
- Desks around the atria on Levels 3 and 4 will not be used for serving refreshments.

- If you are leaving your desk for less than 45mins for any reason use one of our lovely new blue bookmarks to let us know
- If you are leaving for more than 45 mins pop your stuff into a locker or take it with you
You will find bookmarks all around Library spaces in 26 York St and always at our Info Point on Level 1.
